No, we do not charge for a quote, neither an urge order.
What is your turnaround time?
We will complete your design within 24 hours.Sometimes it will only take 2 hours.
How do you charge for the designs?
– $15 for vectorizing jobs under 2 hours. Simple ones are always $12 each.
– $2.5 per 1,000 stitches for digitizing tapes. Jacket backs are discounted if stitch counts exceed 50,000.
– Reasonable edits and quotes are free.
– Rush orders are available.
What file formats do you offer?
Our default for embroidery files is TAJIMA (.dst), but we can accommodate other formats upon request. For print files, we provide EPS format by default, yet we can also support other file types based on your preferences. Just inform us of your specific requirements.
How do you maintain quality?
Our proficient digitizers possess extensive training not only in technical expertise but also in fabric and textiles. This knowledge enables them to recommend optimal combinations, ensuring the highest quality and workmanship for your designs.
How will I receive my designs?
We will email your embroidery files in .dst (TAJIMA) format. If you need them in other formats, just let us know. Print files will be sent in .eps format. Please save our email address as a contact to avoid our emails going to your spam or junk box.

Do you provide monthly credit options?

Is there an additional fee for revisions?
Small and reasonable edits are complimentary. However, please be aware that additions, such as lettering or background changes to your original design, are not considered edits and will incur charges for the additional stitches.
What payment methods are accepted?
We facilitate payments through PayPal, providing a secure online payment method. You’ll receive a PayPal payment invoice for your convenience. Rest assured, no credit card information will be disclosed to us or stored on our website.
What is your refund policy?
We provide embroidery digitizing and redrawing services, delivering digital designs via software-based files. We strive for high-standard quality to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied, we offer free edits until you are content. If dissatisfaction persists, you may request a refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method.
