No, we do not charge for a quote, neither an urge order.



  • What is your pricing structure for designs?

We have a flat rate of approximately $15.00 USD for a left chest or cap-sized embroidery file. Our standard charge is $2.5 per 1,000 stitches, with discounts applied for jacket backs based on stitch count. EPS files are typically charged at $12 each, and designs exceeding standard processing times will incur additional charges.

  • What is your turnaround time?

We will complete your design within 24 hours.Sometimes it will only take 2 hours.

  • What file formats do you offer?

Our default for embroidery files is TAJIMA (.dst), but we can accommodate other formats upon request. For print files, we provide EPS format by default, yet we can also support other file types based on your preferences. Just inform us of your specific requirements.

  • Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Small and reasonable edits are complimentary. However, please be aware that additions, such as lettering or background changes to your original design, are not considered edits and will incur charges for the additional stitches.

We facilitate payments through PayPal, providing a secure online payment method. You’ll receive a PayPal payment invoice for your convenience. Rest assured, no credit card information will be disclosed to us or stored on our website.

If you’re unsatisfied, we offer free edits until you are content. If dissatisfaction persists, you may request a refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method.
