- The turnaround time is 24 hours or less.Rush orders are available.
How will I get back my designs?
- We will send back your embroidery files in the .dst(TAJIMA) format by email(If you need them in other formats just let us know).
- We will send back the print files in the eps format(If you need the print file in another format just let us know).
- It is important to save our email address as a contact so that our emails will never go into the spam or junk box.
How much would i be charged for the designs?
- $15 for a vectorizing job that is less than 2 hours.Simple ones are always charged as low as $12 each.
- $2.5 per 1,000 stitches for a digitizing tape.Jacket backs are discounted when the stitches count exceed 50,000.
- Reasonable edits are free.
- Quotes are free as well.
- Rush orders are available.
How do I pay for my designs?
- We accept payments through PayPal.
- When your design is completed,you will receive a Paypal invoice from us.Just follow the steps and it will walk you through to complete the payment.
- This will be an online payment method by secure PayPal payment gateways. No credit card information will be given to us or stored on our website.It is totally risk free.
